Safe. Supportive. Psychology-backed.
Club Zoe is built on evidence-based psychology and designed with your teen's well-being, privacy, and growth in mind.

General

What is Club Zoe?

Club Zoe is a psychology-backed confidence program for preteens and teens. Weekly lessons turn proven psychology into engaging stories, practical tools, and real-world challenges.

Who is Club Zoe for?

Preteens and teens roughly ages 10–13 start with Club Zoe Foundations; teens 13+ who complete Foundations can continue into Zoe Masters.

How is Club Zoe different from other programs?

Every lesson is grounded in psychological research, then delivered through stories and activities teens actually enjoy — plus weekly parent emails that bring each lesson home.

Is this therapy?

No. Club Zoe is an educational program, not therapy or a replacement for it. If your child needs clinical support, we encourage working with a licensed professional.

What are the benefits of Club Zoe for my child?

Confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose — skills they'll use long after the lessons end.

Membership & Pricing

What are my membership options?

Three options: the all-access Club Zoe Membership ($97/month), a one-time Single Module purchase ($199), and the 6-week Zoe Masters program ($399) for teens who have completed Foundations.

What's included in the $97/month membership?

1 hr lessons released weekly, full access to all 18 lessons, replays and resources, an optional group coaching session 1x/week — and you can cancel anytime.

What is the Single Module option?

A one-time $199 purchase of any one module. Your teen gets immediate, lifetime access to every lesson in that module, fully self-paced.

What is Zoe Masters and how does it work?

Zoe Masters is a 6-week program for teens 13+ ready to step into their future: finding their voice, mapping their goals, and building a personal game plan. Club Zoe Foundations is required first.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. The monthly membership can be canceled anytime — no long-term commitment.

The Programs

Why is Club Zoe Foundations required before Zoe Masters?

Foundations gives your teen the mindset, language, and tools they'll build on in Zoe Masters — the two are designed as one journey.

What will my child learn in Club Zoe Foundations?

An 18-week confidence-building journey: mindset skills and practical tools for handling life's challenges, understanding emotions, and becoming their best self.

What will my child learn in Zoe Masters?

Going deeper: finding their voice, shaping their story, and mapping next steps for their future with purpose and confidence.

How long do I have access to the content?

Membership content is available as long as your membership is active. Single Module purchases include lifetime access.

Lessons & Learning

How long are the lessons?

Foundations lessons run 45–60 minutes; Zoe Masters lessons run about 60 minutes. New lessons open weekly.

How much time does my child need each week?

About an hour for the lesson, plus optional activities and the weekly coaching session if they'd like to join. Everything fits around school and activities.

Are the lessons self-paced?

Yes. Lessons open weekly but can be watched anytime, and replays are always available.

What does a typical lesson include?

Storytelling, a psychology concept, reflection questions, a real-life challenge, downloadable worksheets, and journal prompts.

Coaching & Community

What are the group coaching sessions?

Weekly live group discussions where teens connect, share, and practice what they're learning in a supportive setting.

Are the coaching sessions live?

Yes — they're live each week, and replays are available if your teen can't make it.

Is my child required to attend the coaching sessions?

No, they're optional. Some teens love the community; others prefer the lessons alone. Both work.

What if my child is shy?

That's completely okay. Teens can participate as much or as little as they're comfortable with — many start by just listening and join in when ready.

Safety & Privacy

Is Club Zoe a safe space for my child?

Yes. Sessions are moderated, community guidelines are enforced, and everything is designed around encouragement — never fear or shame.

How is my child's privacy protected?

We collect only what's needed to run the program, never share personal information, and design every space with young people's privacy in mind.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Replays are made available to members. Recordings are used only within the program and are never shared publicly.
